SJMH patients are eating collards from the Farm today! by Lisa Mcdowell, MS, RD, CNSD


Our patients will be enjoying collard greens grown at The Farm for lunch today! Two of the clinical dietitians, Mary Fisher and Kelly Ramseyer, volunteered their time yesterday with their daughters to pick 22# of collards for the meal today. Look at the beautiful color and wonderful nutrients they will receive. We are so happy to help our patients heal with the  great vitamins and minerals found in our home-grown produce!
